I'm afraid to report an issue I just found on Thunderbird 78.3.3/78.4.0 + Check and Send 2.0.13.
"Send" and "Cancel" buttons don't appear on the dialog.
Compose a mail, press send button, Check and Send dialog comes up, press Cancel button, press check button to reopen the dialog and neither "Send" nor "Cancel" button is shown.

なかなかバージョンアップの対応が遅くて申し訳ありません。また、独自にバグフィックス等ご対応いただきありがとうございます。
本日Thunderbird 78に対応したConfirm-Address 1.3.6をリリースいたしましたのでご報告いたします。
