This is a very helpful tool. Saves valuable time again and again. I have two very useful suggestions for features that would make it better and more universal.

1) Delete Small File size is very useful. Smarter would be, to not save them on disk at all, to avoid defragmentation and waste of time when downloading many files.

2) Wildcards with counting in hexadecimal. Many sites use this today. Dead easy to implement, and way cool to have.

3) An option to save the file, not with the actual filename, like "img3211948.jpg", but to use the files alternate text or title text which might be; "Jessica Alba in blue bathing suit".

Add these features and I'd throw some beers in your general direction ;)
