No longer able to create a new birthday calendar with TB31. Also the newer versions of the addon "Provider for Google Calendar" 1.0.x doesn't work when Thunderbirthday is installed

The new version 1.0.1 is not compatible with the Thunderbirthday-addon:

New one is easier to setup because the special link is no longer needed from Gmail.
