Stop supporting using sitekey in filters
Switch to using the channel filter.
Support using domain restrictions in proxy filters.
Try to fix sync problems.
Turn off filter hit count and filter statistics by default.
Add "extensions.pan.enablehiding" pref in about:config to turn off element hiding function.
