Great addon! To add ABF Freight Shipping... this seems to work.

Works well for me. The only feature I would like is an "exceptions list" so I can easily add them without having to go into Firefox settings. Also I've noticed when a window pops up it turns the proxy off. Otherwise a great extension! Thank you!
