Features:
(1) Templates can be inserted automatically at the new/repling/forwarding message. You can setting templates as Add-on options.
(2) Possible to use HTML format.
(3) A different template can be used respectively at the new/repling/forwarding message.
(4) A different template can be used respectively per account. Moreover, can use common setting.
(5) A flexible customizing the quote header is possible by the description of "Reserved word " to the templates. And, a standard quote header can be nullified.
And, those functions can be disabled by setting.

* Tools - Account Settings - Composition&Addressing - Edit template and quote headers

You can customize the quote header by using the following reserved words.

%ownmail% - Own mail address
%Y% - Year (1970...)
%m% / %n% - Month (01..12 / 1..12)
%d% / %e% - Day of month (01..31 / 1..31)
%H% / %k% - Hour (00..23 / 0..23)
