Seems to be broken with the latest nightly builds of 3.5 and 3.6.

Doesn't mix well with Default Zoom Level & Personal Menu addons. Icons are missing.

Needs some cosmetic changes too. Good job for the first crack at it.

to move the title text higher add this to your UserChrome.css file or use Stylish.
