When upgrading the addon from Thunderbird < 68, addon configuration will no longer be converted. Users that still run on old Thunderbird and migrate later must do the setup again manually.

With that change the addon need less permissions while installing it in Thunderbird.

- add (limited) possibility to archive RSS accounts (it is limited because you don't have Thunderbird archive options at such an account, therefore you can only archive with default settings)
