I'm so glad that I'm able to have a calendar function in thunderbird. Just don't count on having your event alarm pop up when it's suppose to. I don't know if other people have had this problem, but I get it all the time. It may be because I have an event set to repeat and it's not a one time thing.

Let me give an example of one of my events. I have and event set for 2pm every Monday and Thursday. It went alerted me correctly the first time, but after that I always get my alert pop-up long after I need it. I usually have to close down Thunderbird and reopen it in order to get my event alert. This defeats the purpose of needing an event alert, because now I have to remember to restart Thunderbird at 2pm. LOL! Sometimes I'll even get my event alert a couple days after I'm suppose to. This is quite annoying.

Hopefully this little bug is fixed. I have tried removing the repeating event and adding it again, and it did not solve the problem. Currently this calendar is only good if you glance at it for all day events and holidays.
