Grrrr, Mozilla have decided to screw Firefox up just before Christmas ... CuteButtons 0.4 worked well on FF42, but FF43 now saying it is not compatible, yet your own Add-Ons page says its fine up to future version FF46. But after a restart FF disables it again.

Superb add-on, so would love a fix before Christmas

There's a new version in the queue, hopefully AMO will sign this one (Queue Position: 46 of 91).
You can go back to v0.3.7 for now, it's signed.
