I think the developer has unfortunately abandoned us :(

Ok. I hear all of you, and thanks for sticking with me. I'm not abandoning... and no excuses. I'm going to try and get this thing fired up in Thunderbird 60.4 to start. We'll go from there. Here's hoping.
