Synchronisation Thunderbird 60.x Lightning Add-on with owncloud 10.x not working on the following platforms:

MacOSX, MacOS,
Linux RedHat, Ubuntu, Debian, OpenSuSE,
Windows 7, 10

since ages.

This is bad.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.2.5).
