Shamrock - NOT clover :-) - is a national emblem of Ireland. St Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, brought Christianity to Ireland and used the 3 leaves on the shamrock to teach about the Holy Trinity. Saint Patricks Day is on March 17th. What do I think? I think the idiot who plumped up his own flaccid ego by trashing this lovely piece and rating it a single star should be banned.

The national emblem of Ireland is the Brian bo ruadh harp NOT the shamrock - get it right :) Ireland is the only country in the world to have a musical instrument as their official national emblem!
