Birthday Calendar

Hello friend, thank you for resuming the Birthday Calendar. I have a question, could you add an election setting like <input type = radio> - 1. one calendar for all address books; 2.one calendar for one address book - as it works today. I have over 20 address books and that many calendars are a bit of a burden. The more that it is about the same anniversary. If it is not too burdensome, this is a request for you. The previous add-on with this name did just that - it created one calendar. Greetings from Poland.

Hello friend again. Now I have added the logo in * .jpg in the caption. Whether the filename must be the same as the tag. I have a unique tag, but the filename is different from the tag. Email format txt - not html; Ubuntu 20.04.3; TB78. The logo file is not displayed. However, under the signature there is a frame for the logo. I only added one art to my Signature Swith. Am I doing something wrong or is it some kind of mistake.
Thank you again for adding the option of adding a signature over the quoted text, because practice has shown that it greatly facilitates the use of e-mail. The assumptions made when creating the mail format were not the best. Often times, correspondence involves multiple, two-way responses, extending the length of the mail. This preserves the history of conversations, which is required especially in large entities. The newest part at the top makes it easy to read and reply to e-mail.
I am just asking you to improve this function as I wrote in the previous post.

Hello friend, thank you for getting back to work on Signature Switch. I know that for years you have been a staunch opponent of inserting a signature above the quoted text. Thank you very much for adding this feature. I did all the spells :-) you planned to run it. I have POP3 and IMAP mail. I create emails and signatures in txt. Unfortunately, in my TB 78 on Linux Ubuntu 20.04 this feature still doesn't work. I change the settings, but unfortunately the function continues to add a signature only under the quoted text. Please work on that some more. Wiesław from Poland

I am asking you to update this nice extension, it stopped working and I had it for years, it told me the birthday of my friends. Please, the creator or other IT specialists.

Please :) update this plugin for compatibility to Thunderbird 68.2.0. I can´t live without it.
