There is no indication if this will work with TB 60.x. There is no download ability, as Firefox tries to install it in Firefox. There is no indication if this theme applies to anything more than the Menu & Tabs bars in TB. Does it include color scheme changes of the Actions toolbar? The Message Folders sidebar? The messages list bar? The message Headers and Actions bar?

This is really a review of the Thunderbird Add-ons "store" mechanism... or rather the extreme limitations thereof... but there isn't a mechanism to comment on that, so apologies to the author of this theme.
