I've recently started using Signature Switch, and it is *almost* everything I want it to be. I'm thrilled to be able to use "fortune cookies" to insert randomly selected short inspirational quotes into my signatures. This was something I loved about some older pre-Thunderbird mail systems, in the days of the dinosaurs. It's such fun to have that option again. Preceding what follows, I want to restate that I love this add-on, and it's more than worth the following annoyance. My only complaint, and it's a big enough one to take away a star, is that Signature Switch gets upset, threatening to remove user support, if you check the option to put the signature above quoted material. This is a real problem in long conversations (which, of necessity, many of my exchanges with friends and colleagues become). I've got these nice signatures, thanks to this add-on, and no one sees them. The native Gmail application/browser interface settings have a simple check box that allows one to do this without any fuss at all. I'm told it's the default in other mail programs, too (though why anyone would want to use anything other than Thunderbird, I have no clue). It appears to be (though perhaps I'm mistaken here?) the current Internet Standard to place the signature above the quoted material. I'd love to see this option in Signature Switch without it making me feel like I'm a bad person for clicking that box. That said, I'm sold on this add-on, and will continue to use it happily. Mostly happily, anyway. Thank you!

très bonne extension a mon gout, mais je n'arrive pas a rendre les liens cliquables dans la signature malgré une syntaxe html apparemment correcte.
Very good extension to my taste, but I cannot make the links clickable in the signing despite an HTML syntax apparently correct.

It does exactly what it says : switching signature. But not only that, it does it in an easy way.

This is one of those add-ons based on a simple idea that makes so much difference to my emailing. Different "hats" can get different signatures. "Simples!"

Superb product makes it easy to do what it's designed to do - in fact I use it for inserting content into an email with the signature automatically under that.

This extension is really useful and reliable, thank you very much. I would suggest to add a form for the donation, as I was ready to contribute, but I am not using paypal and I am not interested to set up an account with them, if you allow also credit cards, surely it will be easier

My favorite extension. I especially love the random email and I've accumulated a very long list of interesting quotes for it. But, I also like the many options, the control of who gets which address and so on. Extremely highly recommended.

Ik gebruik Signature Switch nu al een paar jaar en met e-mailadressen van 3 handelsnamen (in Thunderbird, 'where else') is het écht een uitkomst!!

Wonderful and essential for anyone with more than one e-mail account or more than one thing in their life connected to an e-mail account. Having the ability to switch signature files for the same e-mail account depending on what the e-mail is for is essential, and signature switch makes the job easy. Kudos.
