There are two main purposes of this extension which can be executed either by shortcut or context menu:

To reply to a message by including its original attachments. Alt+R is the default shortcut to reply to all recipients and Alt+S to reply to the sender only.
To create a new email to the recipients of an existing message. The default shortcut is Alt+N.
