Add drag and drop to modify attachments list order
. when dropping on adjacent item: they are swapped
. when dropping on another item, it is inserted before this item
. when dropping after half of last attachment, it is appended after
Scroll automatically attachment list when modifying order to see selected attachment
Correct big problem with list display, which can be corrupted in case of scrollbar (binding problem)
