This add-on relies on low-level interfaces, and thus needs to be adapted for each major version of Thunderbird. I thus only support extended support releases of Thunderbird, at least for now.
After installing this add-on, a birthday calendar is automatically created for each address book you have. You can customize them like any other calendar: rename them, change their colors or delete them as needed.
In the add-on preferences you find options to manually create or remove birthday calendars, as well as options affecting how birthdays are displayed.
For voluntary contributions by wire transfer / standing order (SEPA):
