Bookmark Indicator is a SeaMonkey 2 extension. It displays a small star at the right end of the Location Bar, indicating whether the current page is bookmarked or not. If the current page is bookmarked, clicking the icon will open the Bookmark Manager and start, if xSidebar is installed, a search for the page URL. If the current page is not bookmarked, the usual dialog for adding a bookmark is shown.

Supports xSidebar (Bookmark Manager search by URL) and Flat Bookmark Editing (changes made to bookmarks)

Hooks into tab switching and page load notifications

Hooks into and fires bookmarks-changed notification

Hooks into Add Bookmark dialog

Hooks into bookmark Properties dialog

Hooks into internal addBookmark function called when adding a bookmark without a dialog

With the Flat Bookmark Editing extension installed, running a search in the Bookmark Manager after filing or changing a bookmark was very slow, selecting items was impossible, and with many bookmarks the whole window became almost unusable. This is fixed now.
