To get the folder 'Local Folders' visible again, deactivate or deinstall this Add-on.
(Note: Due to technical reasons, this Add-on needs the permission "Have full, unrestricted access to Thunderbird, and your computer", however it does not access you computer and only uses the access to Thunderbird to hide the "Local folders" entry. As long as you download it from addons.thunderbird.net, you can trust this Add-on.)

The built-in function to hide the Local Folders has arrived in TB 115.0 Beta3. So beginning with this TB version this Add-on is no longer necessary.
