Data protection extension, to avoid data mishaps with circular mails. The add-on has three modules:
1. warning for roundmails with more than 4 recipients without BCC:
A warning is displayed indicating that sending the email could be a breach of the GDPR. By clicking on the warning popup, the mail can be sent unchanged or with all recipients in blind copy or the sending can be canceled.
If a recipient domain (such as a company domain) was stored in the add-on options, no warning will be shown if all recipients have this domain.
2nd warning for circular mails with a different recipient domain.
If a recipient domain (e.g. a company domain) has been defined in the add-on options and an e-mail is sent to internal recipients only and to exactly one recipient without a defined domain, a warning is shown. In this case it can be an error when entering the recipients with Auto-Complete.
3. warning if PGP key is present
This module is disabled by default. It warns if a PGP key exists for all recipients and asks to check if encryption is enabled.
All modules can be enabled or disabled individually in the options menu.
