Đánh giá Của tôi

TbSync

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Just in case anyone is still running Thunderbird 52 for compatibility with legacy addons and is wondering why tbsync has forgotten your NextCloud CalDAV / CardDAV account information and stops responding when you try to add a new CalDAV or CardDAV account: The problem isn't tbsync, it's Provider for CalDAV & CardDAV. As of version 0.11, Provider for CalDAV & CardDAV is now broken in Thunderbird 52, Rolling back to version 0.10 solves the problem.

Provider for CalDAV & CardDAV

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

As of version 0.11, this addon is now broken in Thunderbird 52, just in case anyone is still running this old version of Thunderbird for compatibility reasons with indispensable legacy addons and is wondering why tbsync has forgotten your CalDAV / CardDAV account information and has become unresponsive. It isn't tbsync, it's this. Rolling back to version 0.10 solves the problem.

Đánh giá này là cho một phiên bản trước của tiện ích (0.11).

Quicktext

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Sort your templates using a workaround:

I'm not sure if this is the best place to put this, but I created a little XSLT file that will sort your templates if you export them to XML. Afterwards, you can re-import the sorted templates. You're free to use it if you find it useful. https://github.com/RayCulp/XSLT-to-sort-Quicktext-XML/blob/master/README.md

AttachmentExtractor

Addons like this were what made Thunderbird great, but the devs killed them all with Thunderbird 60. Because "WebExtensions". Well, if you're waiting for the author of your favorite addon to update it so it will work with "web extensions", don't hold your breath. Chances are, porting it to WebExtensions is somewhere between painful and impossible. Just uninstall Thunderbird 60+, install Thunderbird 52.9.1, turn OFF automatic updates, install all your old addons, and live happily ever after. I know it's a security risk, but what choice do you have? We don't need Thunderbird. We need the addons. Without these addons, Thunderbird is just another email client. The devs don't seem to understand this.
