List addons in Windows' "Add or Remove Programs".

This shows your addons into the list of "Add or Remove Programs" in the control panel of Microsoft Windows. (They are read-only, so you cannot uninstall addons from the list - you still have to use the addon manager of Firefox or Thunderbird.)
This is mainly developed for corporation use.
Important Note: On Thunderbird 78 and later, you need to install its native messaging host. How to install:
1. Go to the release page on the repository: https://github.com/clear-code/list-addons-in-win-programs/releases/latest
2. Download native massing host binary, downloadable as an MSI or a zip.
3. Install the downloaded binary. If you download a zip, unzip it and run "install.bat".
