App Tabs

It's a great start but there are some features that could be more suited for"app" tabs to really make them that rather than just a regular tab that is pinned. Features such as:
Option to NOT load the tab on startup (it is still shown but it does not load until you click it, chached favicon would be needed too)

Option to have a default page to be used on startup, plus a quick shortcut to go to the default page.

It might be going a bit far if we're getting it in FF4 though, cheers.
