便利に使わせていただいています。
TB 128.1.1、アドオン1.2にて、GVSさんと同じ症状が出ています。
128.0.1、アドオン1.1に戻すと症状は出なくなります。
対応いただけると幸いです。

(追記) バージョンごとの動作を確認しました
TB esr 64bit / Auto Address Cleaner T
128.2.0 / 1.1 〇 1.2 × 1.3 ×
128.1.1 / 1.2 × 1.3 ×
128.1.0 / 1.2 × 1.3 ×
128.0.1 / 1.1 〇 1.2 × 1.3 ×

1.4は128.2.0にて上記の問題が出ないことを確認できました。

Update: Thanks to to the dev, group emails now work again,

This add-on is broken on TB 128.1 or later. It prevents group emails from being sent. It gives the following error message:

"Whatever Group Email ... is not a valid email address because it is not of the form user@host. You must correct before sending the email"

Disabling this add-on fixes the issue.

I would have posted this on the support site, but I am not signing up for X to be able to do so.

I think it works now, if your list does not have a description, but I missed the changed behaviour if the list does indeed have a description. We will be able to solve this soon.

If you are using Thunderbird 128 or later, this add-on should work better.

Yes, 128.1.0esr is what I use.
If you do not want to maintain the plugin in the future, would it be possible that you publish the source code somewhere, for example on GitHub and add that to the plugin description page? The page says it is under MPL but I was not able to find the source code anywhere.

Thank you so much for keeping this add-on going.

One request please -- while stripping to bare address is fine for some, I would enjoy the capability to replace formats to the way they appear in my address book, e.g.

"Care, Bob [NST]" --> Bob Care <[email protected]>
[email protected] --> Bob Care <[email protected]>
bob care --> Bob Care <[email protected]>
"bob" --> Bob Care <[email protected]>
'bobbing' --> Bob Care <[email protected]>
'[email protected]' --> Bob Care <[email protected]>

I usually search for emails by name and not email address & so in combination also use the Display Name / Sender Name addon.

Would this change / additional feature request be possible?

Thanks for the add on. You can add a function: completely clear the To, CC, BCC fields? Sometimes there are a lot of recipients in these fields and it is not convenient to delete them one by one.

It is implemented as a function of Thunderbird itself.
Although it is not displayed in the To field, Cc and Bcc are marked with a ✖ mark on the left side of the field and can be deleted together with the field (when you move the cursor to the ✖ mark, "Remove the Cc filed" or "Remove the Bcc filed" It shows).
Is this no good?

あくまで動作報告です．
説明にありますが，自分が使っている通常のTuhderbirdでは削除されていないようです．
動いてくれたらすごくうれしいです．


確認環境：Thunderbird 68.2.2(64bit, windows10)

11/14 1.0.6にバージョンがあがり，無事に表示名が削除されて送られていることを確認しました．ご対応いただきありがとうございました．

バージョン1.0.6でThunderbird 68.2でも動作するようになります(多分)。現在アドオン審査待ちです。今しばらくお待ち頂けますと幸いです。
