It is a nice firefox skin, but has a problem with newer versions (i use 32.0.2) - I can't see minimize, maximize and close buttons if the window is maximized. I downloaded lcarsx32 skin for windows which replaces explorer.exe when it is running, and this firefox skin is a nice complement, only those buttons are a problem. (with lcarsx32 and with normal explorer.exe).

I see the icons fine on Win7, WinXP, Mac OS X 10.9 and Linux/KDE (but the latter doesn't have Firefox paint into the title bar at all so it's the default icons).
