Turn Thunderbird into a Neovim client.
Installing this addon requires the following additional steps:
- Installing firenvim as a neovim plugin (see https://github.com/glacambre/firenvim)
- Running the `:call firenvim#install(0)` command.
/!\ To make Firenvim work in reply windows, you currently need to patch Thunderbird! See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1675589 for more information.
