Until Facebook in its exrta-planar cosmic wisdom decides to allow a user the option to what on paper seems like the most simplest thing: To select by default their feed as Most Recent as opposed to this Top Story BS, is one reason alone to download FB Purity. If you find yourself in an endless state of weltschmerz due to the seeming endless psychobabble or news "trends" you feel powerless over and full of kuebiko then this add on is perfect. In short, this is Facebook at its least lethargic. I use it to filter out all the dross that makes the events of everyone i care about feel less important and tired. That way when I learn of something from them it doesn't feel like I've heard it all or felt it all before to the point of exhaustion.
