Bookmarks Checker - check for bad links
Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles
I like this addon, I use it a couple of times a month to clean things up.
Years ago I used to use "Bookmark Duplicate Detector" but it has long since been obsolete. This "Bookmarks Checker" addon is a nice replacement but it is missing just one thing that I feel is of vital importance!
The duplicate checker NEEDS to have a column showing which folder where each of the bookmarks listed reside at. I cannot and WILL NOT use the delete duplicates function because I have no idea which or where those bookmarks are being deleted from.
I sometimes knowingly keep an extra copy or two of certain bookmarks. But when I unintentionally get duplicates I need to know which folders they are located in because I give preference to certain folders over others.
I will gladly give this a five star rating, but the duplicates search results window needs to have a Location/Folder column added.
Two other ideas as well -- (1) the results window should be resizable and the columns should be resizable too; (2) When we perform one search and get our results and take action on it, when we close that window we have to reopen the addon again to perform another function. Can you please make it so the addon does not close entirely? Make it so after we perform one search we can do another right away without having to reopen the addon again.

OMG I wish this was around years ago back in the early 2000's.
Sweet addon and thank you so much for making it!
Show History Popup

I installed this but nothing happens after doing several searches to test it out. I am supposed to middle-click or scroll the mousewheel in the address bar or search bar right? I've done that, also elsewhere on the page but the history window for the address bar or search bar never pops open.
