Almost good but not quite good enough
It lacks
1°/ a global management of addresses that allows you to modify existing addresses; I haven't found how to delete an address that has been declared undesirable by mistake, nor how to modify when the task needs to be done (see Outlook's Kutools)
2°/ It's not possible, as with Kutools de outlook, to declare an address undesirable with a single click - you have to go to a dialogue box, which is tedious.
It's nice that it's free, but I prefer to pay and have a complete and practical product.

This is absolutely brilliant. I can quickly scroll down messages and check whether there is a filter to archive them or not. What would make it perfect si to have it as a column in my inbox message list but I still consider it one of my essential add-ons.

This add on was just awesome - a big helper in my daily work.
A pity that it was not yet ported to the new thunderbird architecture!

You have listed this add on is "good" for Thunderbird versions 60.0 thru 73.0.
However, for many months now, this addon will not "update" for TB v60.9.1. Would you fix this "bug" one why or another, i.e. change or up the low-end version or test it better.
Either way would you fix it so it does not stay in the TB "Avaiable Updates" list for all eternity, As I'm sure you can understand, I'm gettin' a bit tired of lookin' at it in that list.

I appreciate this extension very much because it saves my time sorting messages. I am a bit disappointed it is no longer compatible with the current TB version 78.8.

This was hands down my favorite Thunderbird extension and it is a shame that it is no longer compatible. A shame on Thunderbird for changing their API-s!

very good & working, we have a lot of filters and addresses to filter. This helps me a lot also for debugging filter errors. Hope development will kept on.

Love this Addon, it makes handling lots of daily inbox items so much easier! I so wish there was a version for the new TB 68... is there hope?

This add-on should be made part of the application. I hope I'm able to use it forever!! Best thing since sliced bread. Haven't noticed any bugs or issues. If you put in the time to setup your message filters you can virtually eliminate filing with this tool. Emails I don't care to read but still want to keep for reference immediately get hit with enabled message filters. Then all of my other filing is setup in un-enabled filters that still populate on the button (or in the drop down for multiples!). I hope it stays this perfect. I couldn't be more grateful for the developers time and effort to build it! I only wish I was that skilled. No more time consuming scrolling up and down through folders for me!!

the button is not added automatically, but must be added manually to the button bar above the message pane - the one that contains the "reply" and "forward" buttons.
You can add it by right clicking on the toolbar and choosing "Customize".

Seems to works fine on my computer, can also tell if many filters can be applied DIRECTLY on the message (do not tells the filters that could be applied after other filters have been applied, but it is probably too complex to program).
Usefull for calibrate properly my lot of filters

I create as normal a thunderbird filter and to be sure that this filter will be shown ALWAYS with this addon I add a condition which will ALWAYS met like "If *subject* *is NOT* *23746237467823647823674*".
The result is I will get all those created filters as an choose able option for every message.
This way I can move messages, tag, change read state etc.
The same way Outlook quick steps offers..

At the moment your button will be displayed in the message menu bar only. It would be FANTASTIC if you could make it possible to add this button to the "normal" menu bar, too!!
This should be very easy hopefully to add and it would make it not such better only but then it will be 100 % replacement to Outlook's Quick Steps.
If you add this you will make the addon better and you will get the fifth star, too!! ;o)

Ich erstelle z.B. ganz normal meine Filter in TB und damit dieses Addon mir auch IMMER diesen Filter anzeigt, trage ich als Bedingung z.B. ein: "Wenn Betreff *enthält nicht* 23746237467823647823674". Damit wird also dieser Filter IMMER angezeigt bei JEDER Nachricht!
Somit kann ich Filter erstellen, die ich als "Manuell" eintrage und immer bei jeder Nachricht mir die Möglichkeit bieten beliebige Filter auszuführen. Genau wie in MS Outlook's Quick Steps..
