Hi, thanks for new version 1.1, is working fine.
German translation:
1. Breakout Subfolders = Unterordner herauslösen
2. Promote Subfolders = Unterordner zu übergeordnetem Ordner gleichstellen
3. Restore Parent Folder = Übergeordneten Ordner wiederherstellen
4. Flattened = Flach
5. Flattened Folders = Flache Ordneransicht

Hi, thank you for this useful extension!
But I encountered an issue. There are several/a lot of (?) providers, which use the inbox folder also at “intermediate folder” at the same time.
Example (german “Posteingang” is the inbox folder): http://www.abload.de/img/zwischenablage-1r20h.png
If I use your extension, the inbox folder will be hidden. Could you fix this, that in this case (inbox folder = intermediate folder) the inbox folder is still visible?
BTW 1: German locale would be nice ;-) .
Translations:

Both columns can be displayed, but are empty, no address shown.
Tested on TB 3.0.4 and 3.1rc1 german (Win7 32bit). But this would be an important extension, so I rate 4 stars, keep on.
BTW: German locale would be nice.

There is already available a well-working Thunderbird 3.0.x-compatible english/german localized version 0.9 of Attachment Sizes:

It would be great, if pastisman could bring it together to one localized version e.g. 1.1.

No issues with smart folders anymore in patched version!

Only one small issue: I can confirm display of 4KB for local folder. I hope this useful extension will bei updated soon. Only 4 stars because of the useful patch, which is not "official" yet.
