1. Make sure the message pane is shown (F8)
2. While pointing to the toolbar of the message pane, right click the mouse and select Customise
3. Drag the Note icon(s) you need to the toolbar
4. Enjoy

Mail Merge

I just found out that I can't send a merged mail from Word via Thunderbird. I was devastated because I didn't have much time left to accomplish this mail out. It took much less than an hour to find this add-on, install it, configure the mail and send it out. I'm glad to know, that I can do this now without the need to use Word. Where can I send my donation to?

Es kann notwendig sein, in Extras; Add-Ons; Erweiterungen; Windows Contacts Loader; Einstellungen: zuerst den Pfad einzustellen, sonst wird nichts gefunden.
Bei mir wird in TB 5 der Name des Adressbuches (Windows) nicht angezeigt. Es erscheint ein Adressbuch ohne Name. Erst nach dem Neustart von TB erscheint auch der Name. Es sollte beachtet werden, dass beim Neuladen des Adressbuches alle evtl. in TB diesem Adressbuch hinzugefügte Daten verloren gehen.

Gute Initiative, aber wann darf mit einer Version gerechnet werden, die mit TB 7 kompatibel ist?

Nice Add-on.

Be aware, that it doesn't like folders with too many files. Script will take a long time to finish and you will get asked it you want it to continue.

I can deal with that, but you should be awar ...
