In a little more detail...
I am the developer of Biobar, a bioinformatics search project for firefox. I developed biobar out of my own frustration in having to bookmark a 100 different sites for searching data from various sources. I am a structural biologist by training and do some programming/scripting on the side.

EBI EB-eye
This is a simple search plugin to directly search the European Bioinformatics Insitute bioinformatics resources using the EB-eye search system.
PDBe Search
Search the Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe) 3D Biological Molecule Structure Database for structures in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) and Electron Microscopy Data Bank (EMDB).
