Another plea for an updated version for the latest TB.

I have been using this addon for several years and without it I'd have to look for an alternative to TB.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (9.0).  This user has a previous review of this add-on.

As others here have reported, I can't save options so this addon is of very limited use. Looks like it has been abandoned by the developer, unfortunately.

I've used this theme for some time and I like it. I'm holding back on upgrading to TB13 in the hope that the theme will be made compatible soon.

Now working perfectly with TB13 (see developer's comment below). Many thanks.

SendVia

Last night I upgraded to Thunderbird 5.0 and SendVia (1.0.2) was flagged as one of the incompatible addons.

I installed Add-on Compatibility Reporter 0.8.5, turned off compatibility checking and so far SendVia seems to be working fine. So it might just be a case of changing the install file.

Do you have any plans for an updated version?

Not compatible with Seamonkey 2.1 :-(

Is there a new version in the pipeline?

Just installed this and so far it seems to do EXACTLY what I want.I have several different IDs defined with different SMTP servers assigned to some of them. Occasionally (perhaps because a server is down) I want to send a particular message with the usual "From" ID but using a different SMTP server. This addon enables me to do that simply and without having to define new IDs or change configurations.

HabuL

@jorgosch: What jpeg resizer is this? Is it something that's part of HabuL or part of the standard TB install? How does it interact with HabuL to cause the problem?

For me the problem only occurs when HabuL is used, so it is definitely connected.

I have found a workaround, though:

After using HabuL to report spam, select any message in any folder and choose "Write" (as opposed to "Reply" or "Reply All"). The quote message option will now be available as normal. You don't actually need to send an email - you can simply close the window without saving.

The next time you try to "Reply" or "Reply All" it will still be available as normal.

Regards

Nick

Installed this and it works fine for reporting to SpamCop. However there does seem to be one annoying bug:

I mark an email as junk and then click on the "Report" toolbar icon, sending the resulting email to SpamCop quick reporting.

When next I try to reply to an email, I find that the "Quote Message" option is greyed-out on the "Options" menu of the compose message window.

It's usually possible to restore normal operation by saving the reply as a draft and then reopening it though sometimes I have to close and restart TB.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.8.8).

I used the "Nightly Tester Tools" addon to force installation of this into TB 3.1. Working fine so far.
