about:addons-memory

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

As the dev said, the purpose of this add-on is to check whether an add-on behaves out of the ordinary. As long as everything works as expected (eg. nothing consumes more memory than adblock) then disable the add-on and be happy! Otherwise disable any potentially offending add-on and be happy! Kind of like the Extension Defender works.

MinimizeToTray revived

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I keep a minimized FF on tray at all times, immenediately after windows log in. It makes loading a (second) session/window whnen I need it so much faster! Faster than chrome that is! ;)

I can't compliment enough! Thank you!

Notepad (QuickFox)

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

One star less for the inability to export/import to simple txt files. That's a major one..
Half star less for complicated extansions within extensons system. Package everything needed into the main extension and make this a Lite version would be better.
Half star less for using Google for clunky and superfluous autocomplete function. The programming time used would be better spent for the ability to import.export txt.
Hope this helps! Keep it up!

QuickNote

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I was searching for a note-taking extension that supports txt files for a long time! One would think that this is basic but NO! I could do it in sqlite, in email, in cloud, in everything BUT a simple txt!

Wish it could also support other alphabets, but we can't have it all!

Color Transform

Bad news: It's worst that Deluminate in Chrome!

Long story: I've done some intensive testing on all available add-ons in FF (and chrome). There are about 5-6 "night readers" on each. In general, the "inverters" in FF (unlike chrome) are all a bit worse in tems of not breaking the websites (i.e unusable for default browsing). So the only solution is to use a "themer", the best of which is this (Check Theme 10)! And if you need additional contrast, apply an inverter on top of it (It works (eg. Aniverto)! Or a web-site specific themer, It also works (eg. Black Google)! If you don't like this due to low contrast, your only other real option is to use "Screen Dimmer" but this is way better and in my experience it is the ONLY viable alternative in FF. Without it, I would have no option but to revert to chrome. So, thank you dev!

PS. If you can do the impossible and increase font brightness a bit or at least do some magic with the plague of "bright flashes on loading" (that plague both chrome and FF for ages!) that would be 5+ stars!! Ratings are based on eye-strain!!

Lightning

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It's the best PIM out there. For me Thunderbird IS Lightning.. don't care for the mail client as much. Please make a proper mobile equivalent to sync properly with the desktop version (calendar, tasks, contacts etc.), prefferably not through Google or even offline. Thank you & Congratz for such a good job!

Edit: 2016 and still missing the mobile sync-able equivalent :(
