No longer functioning in Firefox 41.0.
Yes Aris, you are correct. The issue was with Cleanest Add-ons Manager. Changing the style for the add-on list to Classic instead of Adaptive fixes the problem. Thank you for pointing out the add-on causing the problem. Sorry - I should have checked this out. Everything was working fine in Firefox 40.0.3.
Keep up the great work on a valuable add-on.
