I'd also suggest giving an option to make expand threads by default. (See also "Just a Little More..." above)

Great add-on!

Any chance you could add some preferences like having the threads expanded by default. I'd prefer to have the emails expanded by default so I can then collapse what I want. The current default is the opposite (i.e. all collapsed).

Just does what it says, and even more.

Great tool. Thank you.

Can this add-on show up when I search for "e-mail threads" because I couldn't easily find it.

Very useful for browsing through long email threads. However, I'd like to optionally have everything expanded and collapse on demand. It would be cool to have an option for this (right now I am just patching the installed extension).

This extension makes Thunderbird as efficient for me as the text clients I'd become so used to. Every serious user should install it.

Nice idea, but working erratically. I've seen it collapsing an email header but not the email, not collapsing quotes at all, not collapsing embedded quotes one within the other, etc.
So in a nutshell, it's a mixed bag: sometimes if the conditions are right (? don't ask me which) it will work nicely, but don't expect it to do so consistently.
I rate it 3/5 for encouraging the author into refining this nice idea.

This extension is a great time saver. I no longer have to troll through long complex e-mails. It allows you to concentrate on the latest information - you can expand quotes as needed.
It installed without problems and work as advertised for me (TB 2.0.0.9)

I am really pleased with this addon for it has been an annoyance when people refuse to understand the importance of deleting email content that is irrelevant. I liked the gmail-ish feature that is now part of Thunderbird! Kudos to the developer!
