I keep updaitng after supernova, & trust me, the "Get messages" (fetch all emails for all accounts), DOES NOT WORK..
for example, i have gmail accounts with saved passwords & accounts from other servers where i've set them to give my password each time i open thunderbird.. & these other accounts never popup when i restart tb to provide my passwords again uring a pop login.. while ur addon forced all accounts to be checked at startup, so maybe you should keep it updated unless tb probably fixes this crap..

Due to the changes in Thundderbird 115 itself, this addon is obsolet and would technically not more be possible. The Add-on is simply end-of-life, what you can read in the information on this download site.

Hello, you replied to another user that the get/send button is obsolete for Thunderbird Supernova. I don't really see why or how, could you please explain ? I just love these feature and would be thrilled if you could adapt it to Thunderbird 115. Thank you !

One of the best addons so far but for quite some time I have the problem that I need to click the button twice to get my emails. First click tells "connected to <email server>", as it should be, and after that it used to get my mails automatically. But for weeks now it stops at "connected to <email server>". After clicking the button again, it gets me my mails as intended. I also managed to edit the get/send button to "show" only "get", but after deleting the button and reactivating it it shows "get/send" again which is kinda annoying to me because I don't do pre-designed emails...
Gitlab issue already opened.

Love this addon.
I have many email accounts for different purposes. Some I want to check all the time and some only as needed. The Get Messages for Auth Accounts works for that perfectly.
Only wish that option could be set as the function for the button or a separate button could be added so the function is one click usable.
The button itself does "all" or "auth" depending on the setting in the options of the add-on.

Excellent replacement for the "Get All Mail Button" addon which is no longer compatible with new versions of Thunderbird.

My opinion is based on the discovered error: does not save sent copy in Sent, nor in Sent in local folders, also, no chance to set the exact sending time.
Eventually, I checked the native TB option through Menu > Send unsent messages, and it works smoothly, saving a copy in the Sent folder of the acount from which the email was sent.
The button provides NO own send functions. It only calls the native send now function. If the mails are not saved, then the native function has an issue.

Excellent. Since 78.* version and above, the extension provides a separate button, which has to be added from the toolbar customization.

Thunderbird 82 beta 1 is not accepting versions 6.0+ of Get/Send

Does not do much except modify the default "Get" button in Thunderbird to give it an optional Get/Send function (matching text under button changes) and work on just the focused email account or all of them. The author seems to fix bugs quickly when they appear with new releases of Thunderbird.

I use TB 52.4.0 and recently downloaded MagicSLR 5.0.3.
After Installing it an TB restart, no new button appears.
I can adjust the options in the Add-on menu, but all what happens is, that I get a new subtitle-menu when I use the get-emails-menu.
In addition, my 3 accounts appear now doubled or sometimes even tripeled.
I tried to install / uninstall the add-on several times, always the same.

1) There is only one additional button "Get all". To get this button in main toolbar, you've to add it to the toolbar by "Customize". All other features are in the Get/Send buttons dropdown.
2) The multipled (doubled / tripeled) account entries in drop down are a long know problem (maybe 10 years...), occuring not only by this add-on. This behaviour occurs only after customizing the toolbar. After a Thunderbird restart the accounts are shown in the normal way (one times) in the drop down.

Ранее создавал письма и и они у меня сохранялись в паку исходящие, потом просматривал, при необходимости редактировал и потом уже отправлял все сразу. Теперь такой кнопки нет.

I've been using this addon for years. The send/receive button is awesome. Very disappointed that the last update removed the the send later button. The cited "send later" addon does not restore this functionality - it doesn't include a button. Hope this gets fixed immediately.

The plugin automatically reloaded and I lost the Send Later button. I ended up having to install the previous version to get the icon back. Hopefully, the next version will bring back the Send Later icon. I have been a long time user of this plug in and recommend it.

Useful, but I thought the Get/Send button would do the same thing as File -> Offline -> Download/Sync Now... (with the go offline not checked). But it doesn't sync all folders. I'm not sure, exactly, which, but it is MUCH faster than Download/Sync and, I know, Junk is not synced.

Thanks to Sugoi I got my Sent all unsent button back on TB 31.
Have been using Magic SLR for ages. Could not miss it.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
