Very useful, especially i like the code beautify function, but it doesn't support the modern firefox feature -- multi-process usage to effectively distribute the load.

How do I even run it...

It works but I need toolbar button coz I always hide my Menu Bar. Or someone please tell me add-on that can add custom toolbar button which can launch another add-on which need simple/none script.

Had to find out through your reply to another review that this is accessed with ctrl+shift+alt+c. That info really needs to be in the description.

Thanks.

It's a great addon but i can't find how to enter to the Excecute JS panel in firefox 4...

You can open it via the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Alt+c or via the Tools menu (which is not visible by default ;-)

Thanks for the update for Fx4.

Very good addon.
It would be nice to have a colored output, and/or to have a "shell" mode : I use it a lot for debugging so it's nice to have the result just under each typed line, like in the JS Shell of Extension's developer extension.

Nice... I was looking for a line-by-line statement evaluator like BASIC used to have when you press F6 (ok, i've been around a while). I was tired of trying to use the Navigation Bar to run javascript: lines and having the entire page disappear on me (i think this is a security issue) . This will do quite nicely. Now, if only there was another component that would just show a single line for running one statement in the content window in the status bar like the Firefox Find tool, it would be perfect. Thanks a bunch!

Very hard to read text in the editor, would like ability to change font/font size, and toggle word wrap.

Otherwise it has been useful, thanks.

this is so well done, it would be terrific if other xul apps could be supported, especially Thunderbird..

Use it to search for functions that are added by other extensions.
For example, you want a function that opens a url in a new tab, then you can simply type "newtab" in the search field and press Enter, then browse the search field dropdown box, in which the items are the names of the functions that have "newtab" in their names.

This extension is exactly what every extension developer needs to be using, instead of having to compile an xpi file, install, and restart, the JavaScript can be written in this extension for testing! I would give it a 1000000 out of 10 if I could. Great work.
