CrossBorderScam-Canceler End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter "EULA") is a legal agreement between you and izamai.gr (CrossBorderScam-Canceler developer) regarding your use of CrossBorderScam-Canceler.

End User here refers to any user who obtains, installs, or uses the source code of CrossBorderScam-Canceler.

■ Warranty

izamai.gr does not warrant that this software will fit or function for any particular purpose.
izamai.gr does not warrant that CrossBorderScam-Canceler will work with new versions of Thunderbird.

Changes to Thunderbird may cause CrossBorderScam-Canceler to stop working, and izamai.gr makes no warranty regarding the adaptability of CrossBorderScam-Canceler in such cases.
izamai.gr does not provide any warranty to the customer in the event of any damages incurred by the customer in relation to this software.

izamai.gr provides this software "as is" and disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether statutory, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy and non-infringement of third party rights.

izamai.gr does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, free of viruses or other harmful code, timely, secure or error-free.

izamai.gr shall not be liable for any willful or gross misconduct by the customer.

■ Restrictions

Any modification of the source code, executable files or documentation contained in this software is prohibited.

It is prohibited to incorporate this software or part of the functions of this software into a product and sell the functions of this software as the functions of that product.

■ Grant of License

izamai.gr grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Software on your device(s) in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
Copying and redistribution of the Software is permitted, provided that you comply with the terms of this EULA.
However, you must include this LICENSE as a file with all copies of the Software.
