Do not work at startup with RSS-accounts.
I try to use Awesome Auto Archive

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9.2).

Can not reproduce this.
Need more details of setup.

But manually archiving works good in RSS-accounts...

See the new version 0.9.2. Now it can also archive RSS accounts (but with default archive settings only, because the Thunderbird aechive settings are not available for Feed accounts)

But can it works with RSS-accounts?

Archiving of RSS accounts is not possible in Thunderbird. Therefore the addon can't do it.

Maybe you can create a Filter which moves the RSS messages to a folder inside a POP3 account. Then you can archive this one. Sounds a bit tricky but may work.
