Added an entry in the folder pop-up menu so that the users can export unread messages of a specific folder (and its subfolders).
Added the option to mark all exported messages as read when the generation of the e-book finishes.
Improved the generation of every book item by adding the subject (instead of the HTML title), the author, the date and a link to the content base (when it exists) of the corresponding message.
Added a basic title page.
