This is a must, every site speak about gcontactsync for google contact on TB.
But on 78 stopped working .. a solution is switch to Cardbook ( personally tested )I hope to have gcontactsync working again on TB

Great add on! helps a lot and makes a real difference between Thunderbird and Outlook and to choose the former.
