Firefox Persona to go with the GlassMyFox add-on.
To make work the Accent color must be Transparent too. De-select "Display Accent Color" via the Personas Properties.

An excellent add-on. If you like the aero glass UI on Windows 7, or if you've activated it on Windows 8, you will be very happy with GlassMyFox.
