IPvFox provides a panel listing the hosts (and corresponding IPs) that the current page and its resources were loaded from. The icon indicates whether the loads occurred over IPv4 or IPv6.
This is essentially a Firefox version of Chrome's IPvFoo, which supplied both the idea and icons.
(You may alternately be interested in SixOrNot or 4or6, which show similar information in slightly different ways.)
