I have requested the invoice a lot of times, but no one has answered me... the administrative support is very bad!!!

Devs say it supports v68-73 which is simply not true. It only supports v68.x
For security reasons I cannot delay anymore updating TB to v78.12.
Furthermore, suitecrm email import is working fairly on v7.11.20 and v8 is about to be launched.
So, fortunately, this add-on is not needed anymore.

Opacus Pro plugin works as designed if you are willing to stay on v. 68.x well past general availability of 78.x - which is hard to do given Thunderbird insistence on upgrading...

Having communicated to developer[s] only to receive *no response*

If it were free, I get it, but we pay $30.00/user/year to use this software for 15 + users. :(

If you are thinking of paying for the Pro and using anything after 68.x, save your money.

You've left this review on the free version, but accept your point is valid.

The Thunderbird team have done sterling work in keeping Thunderbird up to date with Firefox, but it has meant a significant re-write of the add-on last year, and a full rewrite of every component in the add-on this year - almost no code from the original can be salvaged. That work is in progress, and we would just ask you to bear with us (note that even now some of the underlying APIs we need to recreate all the existing features are not readily available).

Have been waiting for update for 68.6 Thunderbird. Just installed 1.6.8 Opacus plugin. Can not get Search screen to appear when I try to archive it. Am I doing something wrong? is this a bug? Is it only available on the Paid version? Please advise.

CRM creadentials are not saved with latest version of TB and there's no Test Connection button. Also Settings modal is transparent.
Pro version works normally (tried with trial version), so wondering if free version is not supported anymore.

This was really a great tool in the past, but unfortunately it doesn't work with actual TB releases. There ist something broken. So sorry.

The plugin does not work anymore with recent thunderbird-versions like 68.2.2, which is very sad... :-(

Works surprisingly well with SuiteCrm - does just what it states it does consistently.

Good support from vendor.
Works great. Facilitate the adoption rate from users. <br>Look forward to continuous improvement and dev.<br>After using the plugin, i paid straight the fee for keep using it. Proof it added value to my experience.

This beats the pants off of sugar email and the old Thunderbird plugin. There are a couple of things I would like to see from the outlook plugin. I would like to be able to archive an email to multiple accounts at once... or more specifically, i want to be able to search for multiple accounts in the archive module (ie. account 1, account 2). Now you can only search for one account at a time. In addition, it would be handy to be able to edit the subject line since emails are often sent with non-descriptive subjects. This helps tremendously when searching through the notes on an account. I would pay for the pro version if those features were available.

Aside from those 2 things, this is a rock solid, awesome add-on. Thanks guys!

Without this add-on, the SugarCRM email is a POS. I use this add-so much and it has been so useful that I actually came looking for a place where I could donate some money. I found the PRO version so I'm upgrading today. Thanks for the great add-on (http://www.apesoftware.com/).

Excellent work done.

Works fast. Even faster than the web interface :-)

Attachments are being successfully attached to archived Emails.

Too bad that there isn't a 'pro' version like in Outlook, that allows for 20$ per year to add contacts directly into Sugar.
