I've now used this add-on for about 2 years and I love it. It's easy to set up and edit the folders if needed. It makes sorting emails so much easier and reduces the stress of constantly finding the correct files to move emails to. Makes my work load more manageable and doesn't cause me problems.

Glad to see there is an alternative to Archive This!
On my installations, however, the folder selection dropdown in the configuration is messed up - folders do not appear in order. Since I have >300 folders on my account and there is no search functionality, this severely limits the add-on's usability.

Thank-you Mr Robert Siebeck. I always thought the functionality archive this brought should be part of the mail client, as it enables such quickly filing, and I was lost without it. Thanks to your efforts, I can again manage my mail, much appreciated.

Very simple, perfect add-on. I used to use "Archive This" for which this is a near-perfect replacement which works on versions of Thunderbird above 68. Thank you so much for this awesome plugin.
As the previous review from David Aveiro suggested, the problem where using a the move shortcut now DOES select the next message in the inbox. At least for me on Thunderbird 91-something.
Additionally, the review from Crispin said that multiple messages need to be supported - and that also seems to be supported now. Nice work, Robert Siebeck!

Thanks for this life saver! Was using archive this for years and finally came an add-on that works on the latest version of thunderbird :-) But there is an usability issue which is quite bothering: the expected behavior is that, just after a message is moved, the next message in the folder is automatically selected (this is what happens when one deletes a message). As it is now, after moving some message, let's say, the 20th message in the folder, the next message is not selected and if I press the down arrow key, the 1st message in the folder is selected and I have to scroll down a lot, to continue where I was. If this is corrected this add-on will become perfect now that it already supports moving more than one message at a a time. Many thanks!

Works really well. Only issue I found was that the hotkeys can conflict with Thunderbird existing ones.

1. Allow us to move multiple emails at once.
2. Allow more than 10 folders/shortcuts

Used "Archive This" for years to file mail efficiently. Have been drowning in mail since it stopped working.
Move Mail saved the day for me.
It currently has 2 problems (can't move multiple emails and can't move an email after attachment removed) that I hope will be fixed.
Otherwise, works flawlessly and is a great addition.

It's good but it only works with one email at the time. If we select several emails, it does not move them. It does nothing when several emails are selected.

Interesante complemento para mover los correos a diferentes carpetas. De momento funciona bien, es sencilla pero efectiva.
