Urgh. AdBlock Plus with some tracking garbage added to it. If you want ABP without the whitelisting, just get ABP and turn off the whitelisting.

Thanks for providing a wonderfully stylized flag for this marvelous country rather than something that would fly over an embassy. This theme is beautiful.

I can't speak for the end product, but the code is appallingly complex for the described feature set. It's not suitable for my own purposes, and I don't think I would trust it for daily use.
