For me this is a super addition, I do not go to 78v. Do you plan to correct to 78v? Thank you for your hard work.

I've downloaded this from here and from the developer's own site, and all say compatible with TB68+ and it installs, I restart and then .... I have no idea where it is. Not in the "Customize" portion of the toolbar where I can add other buttons... Nothing on the add-on itself. HELP! I hate having to scroll to empty the trash. I miss this button!

I wanted to revise my original review, but can't because the site won't allow it for some reason. So here's another one. Be advised that when you run this extension, it also compacts all of your folders. It also removes the "Empty Trash" item from the "File" menu dropdown. I'll probably still continue to use it, but it would be better if it only emptied the trash and left that menu item alone. There is no support option for this extension either, no way to contact the author that I can find.

It would be nice the title of the button to be changeable to your own language since I'm not an English speaker.
But for the rest a very useful add-on!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this add-on! I was so sick of clicking on File and scrolling all the way down just to empty the trash.
All of the similar add-ons I found wouldn't work, but yours does for Thunderbird 3.1.11.
Does anyone know how I can change the name on the toolbar to read Empty Trash instead of Empty Deleted Folder?

GREAT! EXACTLY what I was looking for. (Surprised an empty trash button was not part of Thunderbird). I did have to install it a second time for it to operate properly, but now it is perfect. BTW, I have Windows 7 with 64 bit, so the last reviewer may want to try again.

This is one of those add-ons that provides a simple function. It works--period. I have the button next to the Get Mail button (which is another simple add-on). These buttons save a few mouse clicks.I didn't give this add-on a lot of stars because there's not much to it. It's just a good idea that some people will find useful.
